Fees & Insurance
Questions about cost and insurance are an important part of deciding whether therapy is a good fit. Our goal is to be transparent and clear so you can make informed decisions without pressure or surprises.
Using Insurance
We accept insurance and are committed to working with insurance plans long-term. Coverage varies by provider and by plan, and not all clinicians participate with the same insurance networks.

If your clinician is in-network with your insurance provider, you typically pay a set co-pay or co-insurance rate for each session. This varies depending on your specific plan. Please give us a call or submit a contact form and we can inform you of your expected co-pay/co-insurance cost.

Private Pay Therapy
Some clients choose to work with us through private pay, either because their insurance plan is not accepted or because they prefer greater flexibility and privacy in treatment.

Private pay allows for more individualized treatment planning and avoids restrictions imposed by insurance requirements.
