Private Pay Rates and Fees

If you do not have insurance that I accept, if you do not wish to use insurance, or if you want services like sport psychology that cannot be charged through insurance, these are the standard rates that I charge.

Telehealth and In-Person

Initial 15-minute Consultation: $0
Initial Assessment (60min): $325
Individual Counseling (50 min): $275

Couples/Family Initial Assessment (80 min): $375
Couples/Family Counseling Session (50 min): $325

Reduced/Sliding Scale Rates are available based on income and household size, please submit a contact form to inquire further.

Most insurance companies will provide some level of reimbursement for "Out of Network" services, which can substantially lower the portion of private pay fees you are responsible for.

Sport Psychology

Rates vary on a case-by-case basis depending on the level of competition (e.g., High School, Collegiate, Professional), the modality of services being requested (e.g., Individual, Team), and the nature of the requested services.
