About Dr. Yee

Dr. Shanique Yee is a post-doctoral fellow under the supervision of Dr. Jacob Schlierf. She currently 
resides in Orlando with her husband and daughter. She earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology 
from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale FL, complemented by a master’s degree in clinical 
psychology. Prior to completing her doctorate, she earned another master’s degree in Developmental 
Disabilities from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her formal postdoctoral fellowship in 
pediatric psychology at Nemours Children’s Health, Orlando.

Dr. Yee specializes in the evidence-based treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder using Exposure and Response Prevention. Dr. Yee has been personally trained in ERP by Dr. Jacob Schlierf. You can learn more about ERP at this link.

Dr. Yee currently lives in and provides in-person services to the East Orlando, FL area. She also provides tele-health services in the state of Florida.

Fun Facts:  
1.I am an island girl at heart. 

2.I am a mother of a toddler and three fur babies. 

3.During college, I convinced my then boyfriend, now husband to go skydiving with me.
